Privacy Policy
This policy applies from 18 August 2026.
1. Operator and controller
The operator of koyomi-time (https://koyomi-time.online) and the controller of personal data is Radosław Skórzak-Kaźmierczak (address: ul. Widokowa 82, 34-324 Twardorzeczka, Polska; email: radekaz@gmail.com). The controller is established in Poland (European Union).
This policy describes how we handle data on the Japanese age and date tools site koyomi-time. It does not apply to other domains such as Luna Story or tool-nest.site.
2. In-browser calculations (not sent to our servers)
Age and date calculations run in your browser on your device. We do not send birth dates or other values you enter for a calculation to our servers in order to perform the calculation.
Inputs are expected to leave memory when you close the page. We do not store calculation history on our servers. An account is not required.
3. Legal bases
Technical data needed to provide the site, security, and incident response (hosting logs described below) is processed to provide the service and on the basis of legitimate interests in keeping the site secure and available.
Analytics and advertising cookies / similar technologies are used only with your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing that already took place.
4. Analytics (Google Analytics 4) and consent
If you consent, we may use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and similar analytics to improve the site.
Analytics cookies / similar technologies are enabled only after you allow them in the consent banner. You can change or withdraw consent in the banner or your browser settings. You can still use the calculators without analytics consent.
5. Advertising (e.g. Google AdSense)
We may show third-party ads such as Google AdSense. Advertising partners may use their own cookies or identifiers.
Advertising cookies are enabled only with consent, in line with applicable law and Consent Mode settings. Ads are not a condition of using the tools.
6. Hosting and access logs
The site is hosted on cloud infrastructure (for example Vercel). When you visit, the infrastructure may briefly record typical server or edge logs such as IP address, user-agent, referrer, and time.
Those logs are processed for incident response, security, and availability — not to store the dates you type into a calculator.
7. Your rights (EU / GDPR)
Because the controller is in the EU, you have, where applicable, the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent.
Contact radekaz@gmail.com about privacy. If you are in the EU/EEA you may also lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO) or another competent supervisory authority.
We do not sell personal data.
8. Changes
This policy applies from 18 August 2026. If we change it, we will publish the updated text on this page. The current version is always available at https://koyomi-time.online.
